Although it looks like I followed the pattern for the bottom flounces, these were actually cut off of a thrifted dress I had in my stash and attached to the bottom. The pattern\'s flounces looked like huge clown pants. And while these look a tad bit strange on the hanger, they are absolutely adorable on!
